Leader's Journey 365 LLC ("LJ365") is an organization that is set on building strong communities by developing leaders and empowering them to discover their own leadership potential in order to make an impact in the world.

In 2014, LJ365 was launched in order to plant seeds of change and make the world a better place. LJ365 believes that everyone has the potential to make a difference in the world, no matter their title or position.
